'City of Ramsey <br /> <br />15153 Nowlhen Boulevard N.W., Anoka, Minnesota 55303 · (612) 427-1410 <br /> <br />March 26, 1980 <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Lutgen <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />1200 Warner Road <br />St. Paul, Minnesota <br /> <br />RE: Proposed Wild and Scenic River Ordinance for the City of Ramsey; <br /> Request for Additional Time <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Lutgen: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey is requesting anadditional three (_3) months delay in <br />time from the date of this letter in the adoption of its Wild and Scenic <br />River Ordinance. <br /> <br />The reason for this request is that Mr. Dexter Marston~ Staff Planner, <br />for Wehrman Chapman and Associates who the City of Ramsey engaged to do <br />the Critical River Study and the updating of the City's Comprehensive Land <br />Use Plan, has requested that the City request this additional delay in <br />time due to the fact of the interfacing and relationship of these two <br />documents (rCity's Comprehensive Land Use Plan and the City'~s Wild and <br />Scenic River Ordinance). <br /> <br />It is, therefore, requested that we be granted the above requested delay <br />in the adopting of the Wild Scenic River Ordinance. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />TGG: sb <br /> <br /> <br />
