b) Proposed Street Improvement Construction Project #80-5 Beaudry~s 2nd ~ddition and Peltzer's Addition: A petition was ~eceived for the street improvement in the above subdivision. In the area covered by the petition there are 71 assessable units of which contained 44 signatures which constitutes 62% of the citizens owning property there are in favor of the petition. However, it should be noted that the additions to the project which are the following streets did not petition for it. Please refer to pages 4, 6, and Exhibit "A" of the Feasibility Report which is contained in Enclosure (D2-c) of this agenda. 1) 152nd Avenue N.W. lying between Ramsey Blvd. (County Road #56 and the East line of the plat of Beaudry's 2nd Addition, and 2) 153rd Avenue N.W. lyingbetween Ramsey~Blvd. N.W. (County Road #56) and Jaspar Street N.W., and 3) Hematite Street N.W. lying between 152nd Avenue N.W. and the North line of Beaudry's 2nd Addition. Consequently, the above additions to this project adds 28 more units to the project. Please refer to page 4, 6 and Exhibit "A" which is contained in enclosure (D2-c) this agenda. Also refer to enclosure (D2-d) which contains the certificate of mailing, public hearing notice and mailing list. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove the project. If you approve the project you will have to adopt resolution Ordering Improvement and Preparation of Plans. c) Proposed Drainage Improvement Construction Project #80-7 (Beaudry's 2nd Addition and Peltzer's Addition) - This proposed drainage improvement would be in conjunction with the street improvement on Limonite Street N.W. Please refer to pages 5 and 6 and Exhibit "A" of the feasibility study which is enclosure (D2-c)'of this agenda. This drainage improvement is really necessary for the street improvement on Limonite Street N.W. Also refer to enclosure (D2-e) which contains the certificate of mailing,.public hearing notices and mailing list. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of it.
