Council approved of his site plan <br />but had requested that he provide the City with a building <br />design plan for the site plan agreement. <br /> <br />Council. Action: You~ only action would be to approve the re- <br />turn of the escrow amount. In regards to this case, I don't <br />understand their problem. I guess maybe they feel Ramsey is <br />too restrictive. Enclosure (D2-p) contains an excerpt of <br />the Council minutes datedMarch 11, 1980. <br /> <br /> <br />
