NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RA~EY <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Ramsey will meet in the <br />Council Chambers of the Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota at 7:00 P.M., on April 8, 1980 to consider the making of tarvia street <br />improvements on the following streets in the City of Ramsey. ' <br /> <br /> Ail of the streets located in the plat of HALTS.ND ACRES and said streets <br />are specifically named as follows: <br /> <br /> a) 154th Lane N.W., lying between Barium Street N.W., and Argon <br /> Street N.W. <br /> <br /> b) Barium Street N.W. frcm the North bounaary of the HAT.TAND ACRES <br /> plat to the South bounaary line of said plat. <br /> <br /> c) Argon Street N.W., from 154th Lane to the South boundary line <br /> of the plat. <br /> <br /> Ail of the above streets are located in the Southeast ~mrter of the <br />Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The area proposed to be assessed is the property abutting on each of the <br />above described streets. <br /> <br /> The estimated cost of such improvement is $40,375.00. <br /> <br /> Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed <br />improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br /> <br />LloYd G.
