All of the streets located in the plats of Beaudry's Second Addition, Peltzer Addition and the Southwest One-Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25 with the exoeption of Ramsey Boulevard N.W. (County Road No. 56) an~ the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Sect/on 27, Township 32, Range 25, all in Anoka County, Minnesota, and said streets are specifically named as foll~s: a) 153rd 'Avenue' N.W. ;- lying between Ramsey ~Boulevard-N.W., Road No. 56) and Jaspar Street N.W. b) 152r~ Avenue N.W., lying between Ramsey Boulevard N.W. (County Boad No. 56) and the East 1/ne of the plat of Beaudry's Second c) 151st Avenue N.W., lying between Ramsey Boulevard N.W.
