NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHC~4 IT MAY CONCE_ ~RN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Ramsey will meet in the <br />Council Chambers of the Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota at 7:30 p.m., ~n April 8, 1980 to consider the making of a s~ozm <br />drainage improv~ant in the following area of the City of Ramsay. <br /> <br /> The area proposed to be assessed are those parCels adjacent to !Hn~nite <br />Street N.W., lying between 151st Avenue N.W., and 149th Lane N.W.
