Regular Planning Commission 5. 6. <br /> Meeting Date: 10/06/2016 <br /> By: Mark Riverblood, Engineering/Public <br /> Works <br /> Information <br /> Title: <br /> Consider Master Parks Plan for The COR <br /> Purpose/Background: <br /> The purpose of this case is to consider recent refinements to the concept plans for three distinct elements of the <br /> Public Realm in The COR;known as Municipal Plaza,the proposed greenway, and the water-centric park often <br /> referred to as 'Lake Ramsey'.
