--- IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII III <br /> 497423 . 002 Record ID 2182048 <br /> Councilmember Look introduced the following resolution and moved foi- its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION 408-10-203 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT 40833 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT AND <br /> TO EXCEED SIGN SIZE AND HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS AS ESTABLISHED IN CITU <br /> CODE. <br /> WHEREAS, Schad Tracy Sims properly applied for a conditional use permit to exceed <br /> sign size, number, and height restrictions as established In City Code on the property generally <br /> known as 7900 Sunwood Drive and legally, described as follows: <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (`Subject Property") <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on Nlay 1, 2008, conducted a public hearing, <br /> and recommended that City Council approve the request. <br /> NOW "CHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BV THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEV,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1 . Based on Findings of Fact #0833, a conditional use permit ("Permit") to exceed sign size, <br /> number, and height restrictions is hereby granted to SchadTracy Signs ("Permittee"). <br /> 2. The Permittee is herein granted permission to erect one pylon, ground sign in addition to the <br /> existing ground sign used to advertise the price of gasoline, on the Subject Property. <br /> 3. The gross surface area of the free standing ground sign shall not exceed 285.square feet per <br /> face. The height of this sign shall not exceed thirty-five (35) feet. <br /> 4. '['he installation of the signs on the Subject Property shall require a sign permit from the City <br /> of Ramsey. The exact location of the sign is subject to the approval of both the City and <br /> Connexus Energy. Footings for each sign must be sized by a licensed engineer. <br /> 5. The signs shall be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with Section 9.12.12 <br /> (Construction Specifications) & 9.20.25 (Town Center District) Subd. 7 (Signage) of the <br /> Ramsey City Code. <br /> G. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcina this Conditional Use Permit. <br /> T That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> 8. That if any provision of this Permit shall be declared void or unenforceable, the other <br /> provisions shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect. <br />
