GARY S IGAFO0 LOT ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />Councilman Cox said we cotuld set a precedent which may in the future be <br />hard to deal with. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to adopt <br />findings of fact as presented and based on the building officials report <br />and the Engineers report and the findings of fact to leave parcel 1870 <br />plat 89216 adjacent to 162nd Lane N.W. as a buildable lot. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Reimann, Sorteberg and <br />Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />LEON BRAY LOT ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to adopt <br />the findings of fact as presented and based on said findings of fact, <br />the Building Official's and City Engineers report to leave parcel 1280 <br />plat 89216 as a buildable lot. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen SortebSrg, Reimann and <br />Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING STORM DRAINAGE RATES <br /> <br />This matter was tabled until the full Council is present. <br /> <br />AIRPORT STUDY CONTRACT <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said he felt Consmlting Engineers Diversified should be awarded <br />the contract. There was a discussion on how the process will proceed. <br />Councilman Cox said he felt Don Greenberg or somebody from the airport <br />should participate in meeting with City Administrator Schnelle and City <br />Engineer Raatikka when discussing the matter with State officials. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to appoint <br />Consulting Engineers Diversified to conduct the airport .site study at a <br />maximum cost of $2,000 to the City, based on Consulting Engineer's Diversified's <br />letter of April 8, 1980. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />MICKELSON FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br />The matter was tabled until Councilman Mickelson is present. <br /> <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST WITH REGARD TO COUNCIL MEMBERS' CONTRACTS <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said he felt Councilman Mickelson's bill should now be paid. <br />Councilman Reimann said he asked that this type of transaction be defined. <br />Councilman Cox said he thinks this type of thing puts any Councilman in a <br />difficult position and, therefore~ it shouldn't be done in the future.' <br /> <br />C/April 8, 1980 <br /> Page 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
