IE;agu e of minnesota oities <br /> <br />LEGISLATURE RECESSES FOR EASTER - LEAGUE PROGRAM IN LIMBO <br /> <br />The House and Senate recessed for the Easter weekend, still unable to resolve their <br />differences concerning the omnibus tax bill. Because of the impasse, eight League <br />policies remain locked in .the omnibus tax bill but won't be acted upon unless the tax <br />bill can get to the floor of the legislature. The disputes involve political issues <br />regarding campaigning financing and transportation funding.
