CONTINUANCES: A continuance may be granted ofily for good cause stated in a written request, which must be rifled with the Clerk more than five (5) working days before the date of Hearing; or by the Court. All parties will be notified by the Clerk of any new date set for Hearing. The Court may assess costs of not to exceed $25.00, either absolute or conditional, to the other party.as a condition of granting a continuance of any case.
