NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 7, 1980, at 7:30 P.M. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., P~msey, Minnesota 55303. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Dr. William K. Brunnel's request to rezone the property from I-1 to B-1 located at That part of Lot 7, Auditor's Subdivision No. 34, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 7; thence North- westerly on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7 a distance of 770 feet; thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 7; thence Southeasterly on said Northeasterly line a distance of 200 feet to the point of beginning of land to be des- cribed; thence continue Southeasterly on the Northeasterly llne of said Lot 7 a distance of 150 feet; thence South and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7; thence Northwesterly on said Southwesterly line to a line drawn South from the point of beginning and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7; thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the point of beginnLng, and which property is generally known as 7245 West Highway #~0, Ramsey, .Minnesota 55303 according to Section 170.019 Entitled Amendments and Section 170.O19B Procedure of the Ramsey City Ordinance. Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the rezoning request. Writ{en comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, l~nnesota 55303.
