Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #16-01-015 <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF VISTAS AT NORTH <br /> COMMONS <br /> WHEREAS, Lifestyle Properties, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", properly applied to the <br /> City of Ramsey(the "City") for Preliminary Plat Approval on the property legally described as follows: <br /> Outlot A, Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition, Anoka County,Minnesota; and <br /> (the "Subject Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on October 6, 2016; and; <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Sketch Plan on October 25, 2016; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Environmental Policy Board reviewed the Landscape Plan on December 19, <br /> 2016. <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission Reviewed the Preliminary Plat on January 5, 2017 and <br /> conducted a Public Hearing on said Preliminary Plat. <br /> WHEREAS, on October 6, 2016, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public <br /> hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval of Vistas at North Commons <br /> in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated December 3, 2017. <br /> b) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, and <br /> upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br />
