09/22/16 REVISOR CKM/IL AR4240 <br />23.1 (2) identify and protect those public river corridor views and other scenic <br />23.2 views deemed important by the community; <br />23.3 (3) identify areas that are priorities for restoration of natural vegetation, <br />23.4 erosion prevention, bank and slope stabilization, or other restoration activities; <br />23.5 (4) minimize potential conflict of water surface uses as authorized under <br />23.6 Minnesota Statutes, chapter 86B; <br />23.7 (5) provide for commercial barge terminals, barge fleeting, and recreational <br />23.8 marinas, if applicable; <br />23.9 <br />23.10 access; <br />(6) provide for future commercial and industrial uses that require water <br />23.11 (7) provide for and encourage creation, connection, and maintenance of <br />23.12 open space and recreation facilities, such as parks, scenic overlooks, natural areas, islands, <br />23.13 and wildlife areas; <br />23.14 (8) identify potential public access points and trail locations; and <br />23.15 (9) provide for transportation and public utility development in a manner <br />23.16 consistent with this chapter. <br />23.17 Subp. 5. Contents of ordinances. <br />23.18 A. Local ordinances must be consistent with the standards in this chapter and <br />23.19 must include: <br />23.20 (1) definitions consistent with part 6106.0050; <br />23.21 (2) administrative provisions consistent with part 6106.0080; <br />23.22 (3) districts consistent with part 6106.0100; <br />23.23 (4) minimum standards and criteria consistent with parts 6106.0110 to <br />23.24 6106.0180; and <br />6106.0070 23 <br />
