Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #17-02-039 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF REGENCY COMMONS <br />WHEREAS, National Self Storage, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly <br />applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Parcel A: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 of the <br />NW 1/4) of section twenty-seven (27), Township Thirty-two (32), Range twenty-five <br />(25), that is described as follows, to -wit: <br />Commencing at a point on the west line of said section which point is two hundred nine <br />(209) feet north of the southwest corner of said northwest quarter of northwest quarter <br />(nw 1/4 of nw 1/4) as measured along said west line; thence proceeding east and parallel <br />to the south line of said section for a distance of two hundred nine (209) feet; thence <br />proceeding north and parallel to the west line of said section for a distance of two <br />hundred nine (209) feet; thence proceeding west and parallel to first course to the west <br />lien of said section; thence proceeding south along the west line of said section to point <br />of commencement, Except Anoka County Highway Right -of -Way Plat No. 16. <br />And <br />Parcel B: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 of the <br />NW 1/4) of section twenty-seven (27), Township Thirty-two (32), Range twenty-five <br />(25), that is described as follows, to -wit: <br />Commencing at a point on the west line of said section which point is two hundred nine <br />(209) feet north of the southwest corner of said northwest quarter of northwest quarter <br />(nw 1/4 of nw 1 ) as measured along said west line; thence proceeding east and parallel <br />to the south line of said section for a distance of two hundred nine (209) feet; thence <br />proceeding south and parallel to the west line of said section for a distance of two <br />hundred nine (209) feet; thence proceeding west and parallel to first course to the west <br />line of said section; thence proceeding north along the west line of said section to point <br />of commencement, Except Anoka County Highway Right -of -Way Plat No. 16 <br />And <br />Outlot A, Regency Pond, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(Subject Property) <br />WHEREAS, on February 2, 2017, the Planning Commission conducted a Public Hearing <br />on the Preliminary Plat for REGENCY COMMONS; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 14, 2017, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat; and <br />
