Preliminary Concept Review Meeting (week of November 21 st): <br /> WSB will attend one (1) City Staff Meeting /PW Committee meeting for presentation and <br /> discussion to collect feedback of the preliminary concept plans. <br /> 5. Preferred Concept Plan Development (anticipated three weeks): <br /> From feedback received at the Preliminary Concept Review Meeting with City Staff and <br /> PW Committee members, WSB staff will refine and further develop one (1) preferred <br /> concept. The preferred concept will include the following deliverables: <br /> a. One (1) Overall Site Plan Concept <br /> b. Concept Planning Level Cost Estimate— Suitable for discussing priorities and <br /> budgeting for phased implementation. <br /> c. One (1) Rendered 3D Image <br /> 6. Preferred Concept Presentation (week of December 19th): <br /> WSB staff will attend one (1) City Staff/ PW Committee meeting to present the preferred <br /> concept plan and anticipated construction cost estimate. <br /> Project Management: <br /> We have identified Jeff Deitner as the project manager for this effort. He is a registered <br /> Landscape Architect and will be supported by others at WSB. <br /> Proiect Cost: <br /> For services listed above, fees will be billed hourly with a total cost not to exceed $11,989.00. <br /> Additional services listed below may be provided upon your request. These services will be <br /> billed on an hourly basis. <br /> Additional Services: <br /> Additional Rendered views of proposed improvements: <br /> WSB Staff will render additional images of the proposed improvements $2,500 (Per <br /> Image) <br /> Animated Fly-through: <br /> WSB Staff will develop a 3D model and prepare an animated flythrough of the proposed <br /> improvements, billed hourly with a total cost not to exceed $7,500 <br /> Additional Meetings: <br /> WSB Staff will be available for additional meetings, billed on an hourly basis. <br /> If you would like WSB to proceed with the scope of work listed above, please acknowledge this <br /> proposal by signing the statement at the bottom of this letter and return the executed copy to me <br /> at your convenience. <br /> Once the preferred concept plan is approved and the City determines the priorities for this <br /> development, our team would be able to develop a scope and fee for final design, bidding and <br /> construction services. <br /> K:\Personal\Jeff Deitner\Proposals\Ramsey\RMSy_Sunwood Drive_16-10-04.docx <br />
