Subject to provisions contained herein to the <br /> <br />contrary, Lessee sbail be responsible for obtaining all <br />licenses anal permits necessary or required for the operation <br />of a sanitary landfJ, ll from the applicable governmental <br />bodies, agencies or departments having jurisdiction. <br /> <br /> 15. Lessor covenants that' it is well seized 'of the <br /> <br />demised premises, ]]as a good right to lease them and' hereby <br />warrants and agrees to defend the title thereto and to <br />reimburse and hold Lessee harmless from any loss by reason <br />of any defec.t in title. It is agreed that in %he event that <br />there are any re.stric.tions agains't the demised premises prohibiting <br />the use'thereof as a sanitary landfill, Lessee shall have <br />the right to terminate this ~lease. Lessor covenants that <br />Lessee~ upon paying said rent and performing the' covenants <br />on its pa~ to be performed .hereunder, shali~and may peaceably <br />and.quietly have, hold and enjoy.the dem'ised premises f6r <br />the term aforesaid. <br /> <br /> 16. Lessor covenants that no conveyance, assignment by <br /> <br />or other change .of interest of Lessor in the premises hereby <br />demised, whether reco'rded or unrecorded, shall be binding <br />upon Lessee unless and until Lessee shall be actually <br />notified thereof, by U.S. Certified Mail, and in no ev. ent' <br />shall such conveyance, assignment or other change of interest <br />affect this Lease. <br /> <br /> 17.
