DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPO~AT]ON <br />STATE AID lrOR AIRPORT SITE STUDY <br /> <br />State No. 0205 <br /> <br />TO: C6mm{ss{oner .of Transportation P Z- 5~"z <br /> <br />The Commission, Authority, Municipality of Ramsey ~. hereinafter <br />referred to as [he "Sponsor," requests the Cornrnissioner of Transportation, hereinafter <br />referred to as the "State," to authorize the preparation of an Airport Site Study for <br /> Ramsey Airport, and hereby represents and shows: <br /> <br />1. That the Sponsor will complete said Airport Site Study by' , <br /> 19 , and that the total cost to the State from state aid funds shall not exceed $6,376.00 . <br /> <br />2. That the proportionate shares of the allowable project cost are: State 80% <br /> percent and Local 20% percent. It is understood that state funds are not <br /> c'.ommitted under this agreement until they are encumbered by the State Auditor. <br /> <br />3. That funds for the Sponsor's share of costs are available. <br /> <br />4. That Consulting Engineers Divergified, Ino£ Osseo, llinnesota ' <br /> retained for the Airport Site Study project at a cost not to exceed $ 7,970.00 . <br /> <br />5. That the Sponsor and/or its consultant %viii: <br /> <br /> a. Conduct the Airport Site Study in accordance with the scope of work description <br /> · in the sponsor/consultant contract. <br /> <br /> Obtain prior approval from the State for any modifications or changes in the <br /> scope of work. ..-~ .., · <br /> <br /> c.
