AIRPORT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg authorizing <br />City Attorney, City Engineer and City Administrator to prepare a contract <br />with the State of Minnesota in accordance with Mr. McCabe's letter of <br />April 11~ 1980 and that the lAayor may execute it and if he's not present <br />the Acting Mayor may execute it. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Coumcilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, <br />Reiman~ and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to approve <br />the transfer of funds as shown on Case #14 in the addendum. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />BILLS FOR APPROVAL <br /> <br />Councilman Reimaran asked certain questions regarding the Morrell Trucking <br />Board of Adjustment hearing and the Blaine Midway Ail Pets bills. <br />Councilman Reimann said he felt Blaine Midway service is being used too <br />much. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to pay <br />the total of bills in the amount of $55,832.49. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
