TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />FROM: City Administrator <br /> <br />RE: INFORMATION ON BOARD OF ADJUSI~gNT <br /> <br />Enclosure (D-4a) Information on Board of Adjustment application <br /> (D-4b) Map showing his lot <br /> <br />CASE #1: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR VARIANCE FOR AN ACCESSOR~ BUILDING; CASE OF JOHN R. <br />TOUSLEY (5201-155th LANE N~W.) <br /> <br />Enclosure (D4-a) contains the following documents for infor- <br />mation in reviewing and taking action on this case: <br /> <br />a) Application for variance for accessory building <br />b) Application for building permit <br />c) List of citizens notified for public hearing <br />d) Notice of public hearing on this case <br /> <br />It should be noted that these are one (1) acre lots and the <br />individual wants an acc'?ssorybuilding of 1,248 square feet. <br />This ordinance permits an accessory building of 624 square <br />feet only on any lot up to and including two and one-half <br />acres. This request is double the normal size authorized. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D4-b) contains a map showing his lot. <br /> <br />Council Action: It is recommended that Council direct staff <br />to prepare findings of fact on the subject request. <br /> <br /> <br />
