P & Z -3- <br />5/5/80 <br /> <br />Ken Peterson, Chairman, noted there are two things yet to be done: <br />the development of an Implementation Plan and the eseablishment of <br />a Capital Improvement Program. <br /> <br />Motion by Art Dunn, seconded by Kathy ~chneider to recommend <br />adoption by the City Council of the Comprehensive Plan in <br />its present state. <br /> <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />3.
