~' 0 WANTE I) <br /> <br /> RAMSEY PUBI,IC ENEMY NO. / <br /> <br />,1\ <br />'0 <br /> <br />Wanted for complaining about chronic complaining, complaining about dogs in his yard, <br />complaining about kids calling i~is dogs out of his yard, complaining about teenagers <br />driving too fast do~ 151st Avenue and up and dram Garnet Street, complaining about <br />some residents of Garnet Street driving too fast down 151st Avenue, complaining about <br />stereos being too loud, and teenagers staodlug In Lhc s/reel swearing at the top of <br />their lungs, people riding horses through private I~roperly and shitting on the streets <br />with foul mouthed people riding them, complalntng about the dump, complaining about <br />the roads not being tarred, complaining about bis house being broken into five times <br />in slx months, complaining ahouL people not paying For work tO,il)luted on their houses, <br />and complaining about people doing work that isn't worLh Lhe money. <br /> <br />When finally caught and asked why all this complaining ~as going on in our faJr city <br />of Ramsey, Mr. Tellers Just said..."If people will stop this complaining about my dogs, <br />I will stop complaiuing about their kids, friends, horses, dogs, parties, cars, and <br />whatever else frustrated people complain about for nothing." He would also like to <br />see some people in Ramsey with some common sense instead of a "quick dialing finger": <br />to the Police Department.
