110.09 KIiIiP]NG OF CERTAIN <br /> <br />110. 091 PROItIB]TED ANIbIRLS <br /> <br />None of the following animals shall be maintained on any parcel of land in <br />the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />a. Goats; <br />b. Pigs; or <br />c. Cows. <br /> <br />110. 092 P]!I~ITTL:D ANIMALS <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the provision in paragraph 110.091, a maximum of, or <br />combination of, two (2) of the above type animals may be maintained on a <br />parcel of not less than three (3) contiguous acres of property to which <br />the owner has fee title. <br /> <br />110. 093 PROIIIBITION OF NUISANCE ANIMALS <br /> <br />Notwithstanding any provision of this section or any section of any chapter <br />of this code, no animals of any type may-be maintained on any parcel within <br />the city, no matter what size the parcel, if the maintenance of said animals <br />creates a nuisance as defined in Chapter 110.17 of this code. <br /> <br /> <br />
