Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to pay <br />Councilman ~dckelson's bill of $271.00. <br /> <br />~otion carried. Voting yes Mayor Garnet, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />A policy on these types of situations will be presented to the Council by <br />staff at a later date. <br /> <br />FINANCE <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and se6onded by Councilman Reimann to transfer <br />$4,051 from the Revenue Sharing Fund to the General Fund for police car <br />purchased in 1980. <br /> <br />Motion carried2 Voting yes ~ayor Cameo, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />MOtion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann {o increase the <br />General Fund budget for 1980 to $798,806. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes~ayor Gamec,'Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />MIDWESTERN UNDERGROUND <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle reviewed the history with Council. Councilman <br />Cox also stated that he talked to Ron Jerich before the Council's action <br />who said everything was acceptable to him and, therefore, it is a surprise <br />to him to now get Frank Jerich's letter. Councilman Cox Said a letter <br />should be~sent back to Midwestern to.%he effect that Ron Jerich said he con-' <br />turfed with the City's action. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to return to <br />Ron Jerich his escrow funds less any City expenditures. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes ~ayor Gamee, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />]~r.
