CASE #8: <br /> <br />CAB M~ETING OF MAY 23, 1980: <br /> <br /> Enclosure (D3-g) contains the following documents that were <br /> given out at this meeting: <br />t <br /> a) Flow chart (Pages 1 of enclosure D3-g) showing how the <br /> time schedule is now proposed for CAB communities as to when <br /> the sanitary sewer interceptor will be available for their <br /> use. Please note Ramsey's first connection is not too far <br /> in the future. Consequently, we have to get our house in order <br /> ASAP so we don't come up short. <br /> <br />b) Memo from Metro Oouncil Environmental Planning to Physical <br />Development Committee dated May 22, 1980 (pages 2 through 4 <br />of enclosure D3-g). <br /> <br />c) Ramsey Facilities Plmmming Flow projections (pages 5 <br />through 6 of enclosure D3-g). <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-h) contains policy matters out of the Metro- <br />politan Development Guide which we will have to adhere to in <br />bringing the Metro Sanitary Sewer Interceptor to Ramsey. <br /> <br />Council Action: Mayor Gamec will cover this area. <br /> <br />RUM ACRE ESTATES LOT 1 OF BLOCK 5 (Plat No..91300 Parcel 440) <br /> <br />REGARDING UNBUILDABLE LOT: <br /> <br />Council at their Board of Review meeting May 22, 1980, re- <br />quested background information on the above parcel of land. <br /> <br />The following information is hereby submitted: A drainage <br />easement does exist on the above described parcel of land <br />and will remain until the developer provides a drainage outlet <br />to the Rum River. <br /> <br />Presently, because of the easement, the lot' is unbuildable. <br />However, when the drainage outlet to the Rum River is installed <br />the lot can be developed. <br /> <br />It appears that the developer (Mr. Neary) has control over <br />when the above lot becomes buildable. <br /> <br />ANIMAL ORDINANCE VIOLATION: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-i) contains the following documents: <br /> <br />a) Mrs. Theresa Henderson's letter of May 19, 1980 about a <br />violation of the animal section of the City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
