Voting no' None; <br /> <br />The culvert situation for Mr. McCarthy is to be reviewed .to determine <br />if it shofild be added to the project. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox stated that if this is a situation that is created due <br />to the street improvement than the City should correct it. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to Adopt <br />Resolution No. 79-82 Adopting the Assessment for Quartz, Olivine, <br />Marble, l{amacite,. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Notation was made to have the poplar tree removed from 7033 163rd Avenue <br />and to make a determination on Bertha Mae Smith's unbuildable lot whether <br />she is willing to deed the lot over to the City for drainage purposes <br />or pay for the assessment. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox said he feels the City should take a drainage easement <br />over this lot, it is low and is a ponding area. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said that the owners of this property should be given a <br />choice in this matter. <br /> <br />Councilman Mickelson said if the property owners are using this land for <br />some purpose they are using the road to get to the property. <br /> <br />Regular Council Meeting .- 10/9/79 <br /> Page $ <br /> <br /> <br />
