He finds out <br />now that this lot is not a recorded lot of record. The <br />problem is now he cannot sell his home because it is not a <br />recorded lot of record. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-g) contains the only records the City has on <br />this case. <br /> <br /> <br />
