Those
sections deal with law enforcement, court procedures and
corrections issues involving adult offenders. The Council is
proceeding with public hearings and action on the juvenile justice
policy plan because of the need for guidelines in the Council's
review of local applications for federal juvenile justice funds.
The policy plan is also intended to ~ssist juvenile justice
agencies in their decision-making.

If you would like to speak at the hearings, please call Mike Kuehn
of the Council staff (291-6482).
