Tree Inspection <br /> <br />Mr. Bruce Bacon was present and asked if now that it is spring if he <br />should drive around with a couple cans of paint and do tree inspections <br />and check for fire wood. <br /> <br />It was the general consensus of the council that he should do this <br />and to refer people who want trees cut down and the city would furnish <br />the paint. <br /> <br />5) Street Improvement 153rd Avenue N.W. (State Aid) Between County Highway <br />#5 and State Highway %47 <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka said there is money to do 153rd Avenue N.W. It would <br />be a 9-ton road and he had_an estimate of $60',000 in the capital improvements <br />project. <br /> <br />· Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson for City Engineer <br /> Raatikka to prepare information on Street'Improvement 153rd Avenue N.W. <br /> and bring the information back to the council. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />6) Rum Acre Estates, Lot 1 of Block 5 (Plat No. 91300, Parcel No. 0440) <br /> <br />Regarding Valuation on Unbuildable Lot <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle said that as soon as Mr. Neary, the developer, <br />puts a drainage in, he will have a buildable lot. <br /> <br />7) Animal Ordinance Violation <br /> <br />It was the general consensus to send the violators a violation of ordinance <br />letter as is always done. <br /> <br />8) Council Action Required on Feasibility Reports and Payment to Contractor <br /> <br />The council set a public hearing date for the 16th of June at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann to adopt Resolution 80-__Approving of Feasibility <br />Report and Setting a Public Hearing for the 16th of June, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. <br />on Whispering Pines, Plate #2, 159th Lane, 158th Lane, Ebony Street and <br />Dolomite Street and Hall/Anderson Acres Projects. Motion seconded by Councilman Cox. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann for partial <br />payment in the amount of $1,111.60 on Park Improvement Project 79-11 to <br />Midwest Fence & Mfg. Co., $6,711.49 on Park Improvement Project 79-11 <br />to N.D.H., Inc., $15,806.21 on Street Improvement Project 79-3, 4, & 5, <br />$39,826.85 on Street Improvement Projects 79-6, 7, 8 & 9 to N. D.
