Council Member Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-06-163 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR <br />OUTDOOR STORAGE AS A PRINCIPAL USE IN THE E-1 EMPLOYMENT <br />DISTRICT, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0679, AND DECLARING THE TERMS <br />OF SAME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Nohad Loabnch, hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", has properly applied <br />to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an interim use permit (Permit) to allow outdoor storage as <br />a secondary principal use on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, West Ramsey Industrial Park, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 3, 2004, conducted a public hearing <br />and recommended that the City Council approve the request to store construction boxes and <br />trailers as a principal use on the Subject Property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council met on June 22, 2004 to review the request for an interim <br />use permit to allow for outdoor storage as a principal use on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04A of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1) The Permittee is herein allowed to store a maximum of three construction trailers and three <br /> construction boxes on the Subject Property.. <br /> <br />2) The Permittee herein agrees to store the equipment in an orderly manner within an area that <br /> is in close proximity to and easily accessed by the existing recycled concrete driveway. <br /> <br />3) The Permittee herein agrees that the construction trailers and boxes will not contain materials <br /> that are hazardous or harmful in nature. <br /> <br />4) This Permit shall commence on the date of City Council approval of same and shall expire on <br /> July 1, 2006. <br /> <br />5) This Permit is applicable only to the outdoor storage of construction boxes and trailers and <br /> use of the property for the outdoor storage of any other items is prohibited. <br /> <br />6) This Permit shall become null and void in the event site operations permanently cease prior <br /> to the expiration date or upon the expiration date, whichever occurs first.
