CASE//3: BMA PROPERTY REVENUE PROJECTION STUDY <br /> <br />TIF Specialist, Sean Sullivan prepared a study comparing the Industrial vs. Mixed Uses <br />development of' the BMA property. EDA members received copies of the analysis. <br />Discussion ensued regarding the results and what ~t means for the City. Some things that <br />could alter the results are; Grant money for Smart Growth could bring in millions of <br />dollars, TIF rules changing and rearrangement of taxes. <br /> <br />EDA members will review the analysis. No action required at this time. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Riley and seconded by Mr. LeTourneau to adjourn the regular Economic <br />Development Authority meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Wagner, Mr. Riley, Mr. LeTourneau, Ms. <br />Anderson and Mr. Zimmerman. Voting No: None.
