WHEREAS, on August 13, 2003, the DEVELOPER submitted a final grading plan <br />dated August 12, 2003 and prepared by Pioneer Engineering; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on September 23, 2003, the CITY approved the grading plan for the <br />Subject Property and entered into an agreement with the DEVELOPER regarding such grading <br />work. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final plat and construction plans were submitted to the CITY <br />September 11, 2003; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 14, 2003, the CITY approved the final plat of Town Center <br />Gardens; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 2, 2004, the DEVELOPER submitted the final plat of Town <br />Center Gardens 2"a Addition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Town Center Gardens 2nd <br /> Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and Staff Review Letter dated July 9, 2004. <br /> <br />That the Developer shall enter into a Development Agreement with the City for the development <br />of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Elvig, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-07-183 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
