Councilmember Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-07-191 A RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 3rd ADDITION. WHEREAS, Ramsey Town Center LLC., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for preliminary plat approval of Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot I, Ramsey Town Center Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property") WHEREAS, on May 6 and May 11, 2004, the Planning Commission and the City Council, respectively, approved the sketch plan for Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition; and WHEREAS, on June 30, 2004, the City of Ramsey received an application for the preliminary plat for Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition from Ramsey Town Center, LLC; and WHEREAS, on July 12, 2004, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and reviewed the preliminary plat and recommended approval of the preliminary plat subject to certain conditions; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition subject to the following conditions: a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated July 9, 2004 b) Approval of the preliminary site plan of Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Kurak, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Pearson Councilmember Kurak Councilmember Cook Councihnember Elvig Councilmember Strommen Councilmember Zimmerman
