Councilmember Shryock introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #17-02-042 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A STORMWATER MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR <br />SUNWOOD VILLAGE SUNWOOD VILLAGE. <br />WHEREAS, on May 12, 2015, the City Council approved the Site Plan for Sunwood <br />Village contingent upon compliance with the Staff Review Letter; and <br />WHEREAS, the Staff Review Letter required the property owner to enter into a <br />Stormwater Maintenance Agreement for the underground system for Sunwood Village; and <br />WHEREAS, CB Ramsey Housing Limited Partnership has agreed to enter into said <br />Stormwater Maintenance Agreement for Lot 1 Block 1 SUNWOOD VILLAGE; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed and approved the Stormwater Maintenance <br />Agreement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br />with CB Ramsey Housing Limited Partnership to address the underground stormwater <br />system on Lot 1 Block 1 SUNWOOD VILLAGE and authorizes the Mayor and City <br />Administrator to sign on behalf of the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, <br />LeTourneau and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />Councilmember LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Williams <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />
