The purpose of this <br /> case is to allow the Council to identify any information missing from this case needed to formally process/respond <br /> to the request from Capstone Homes in April, and this is not a request to make a final/formal decision RE the <br /> Capstone Proposal. This case will come back to the Council in April for formal direction. <br /> Staff welcomes questions, suggestions, and preliminary feedback. <br /> BACKGROUND &ALTERNATIVES <br /> Please see attached documents. <br /> GUESTS <br /> Staff anticipates the following guests to be in attendance of this meeting/case: Steve Bona of Capstone Homes,Al <br /> Pearson of Pearson Farms,John Dobbs the Pearson Farms Broker, Jason Aarsvold of Ehlers, Michael Altimari of <br /> Hageman Holdings, and Matt Kuker of PSD. Attached are draft EDA minutes. Below is a summary of preliminary EDA <br /> feedback: <br /> .The EDA is generally open to considering the option of using EDA dollars for funding this project, if the <br /> Council so desires. <br /> .The EDA is generally interested in this project, and is generally interested in finding a solution that all <br /> parties can accept. <br /> .The EDA wanted information to be provided RE the bonding option. How would it effect the city(i.e. what <br /> are our debt payments). How much would we recoup in assessments? Staff worked with Ehlers to provide a <br />
