Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #17-03-064 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A PRIVATE KENNEL LICENSE ON A RESIDENTIAL <br /> PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS 16825 NUTRIA STREET NW. <br /> WHEREAS,Mayra and Jeffrey Lindquist, hereinafter referred to as the"Licensee",have <br /> properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for a Private Kennel License on the property <br /> generally known as 16825 Nutria St NW and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 5, Block 4,Autumn Heights, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> ("Subject Property") <br /> WHEREAS, the Licensee has applied for a Private Kennel License to maintain <br /> four (4) dogs on the Subject Property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the application for a Private Kennel License appears to be the <br /> result of a complaint lodged against the Subject Property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the request appears to meet or exceed all conditions outlined in the Ramsey <br /> City Code Section 10-56(b)pertaining to private kennel licensing; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council met on March 28, 2017 to review the request for a Private <br /> Kennel License. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That a Private Kennel License is hereby granted to Licensee to maintain four (4) dogs <br /> on the Subject Property. <br /> 2) That the Licensee shall comply with all provisions of Ramsey City Code Chapter 10 <br /> Article III (Dogs). <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof. <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> the 28th day of March, 2017. <br />
