Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #17-03-063 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A BEEKEEPING LICENSE ON A RESIDENTIAL <br /> PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS 17201 ST. FRANCIS BLVD NW. <br /> WHEREAS, Tim and Corrin O'Shaughnessy, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee" <br /> have properly applied to the City of Ramsey(the"City") for a Beekeeping License on the property <br /> generally known as 17201 St. Francis Blvd NW and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, OSHAUGHNESSY ADDITION,Anoka County,Minnesota <br /> ("Subject Property") <br /> WHEREAS,the request appears to meet or exceed all conditions outlined in the Ramsey <br /> City Code Section 10-1(0 pertaining to beekeeping; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council met on March 28, 2017 to review the request for a <br /> Beekeeping License. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That a Beekeeping License is hereby granted to Licensee to maintain honeybees on the <br /> Subject Property. <br /> 2) That the Licensee shall comply with all provisions of Ramsey City Code Section 10-1(f). <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> the 28th day of March, 2017. <br /> LICENSEE <br /> Tim and Corrin O'Shaughnessy hereby acknowledge receipt of this License and that they have <br /> reviewed the conditions of this License and have agreed to comply with the terms of this License. <br /> Tim O'Shaughnessy Corrin O'Shaughnessy <br />
