He has become an expert on Tax Increment Finance <br /> District analysis assisting over 100 cities with strategic planning for TIF Districts. <br /> He is a Architectural Principal at LHB and currently leads the Minneapolis office. <br /> Registration Michael completed a two-year Bush Fellowship in 1999,earning Masters Degrees <br /> Licensed Architect in City Planning and Real Estate Development from MIT.
