W. and <br />we believe that it is a real asset to the City of Ramsey. This <br />building has been finished to all your specifications and Code~. <br />Now it is Ramsey's turn to complete their obligation to Gross- <br />leins to up-grade our street so we can have proper drainage all <br />year. <br /> <br />When the storm sewer was put in late last fail it left our street <br />in a very bad condition. The storm s~¥er is doing its job but <br />the street must be lowered for proper drainage.'
