Ramsey <br /> <br />Anok a <br /> <br />State No. 0205 <br /> <br />The Commission, Authority,. Municipality of Ramsey ,. hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Sponsor," requests the Commissioner of Transportation, hereinafter <br />referred to as the "State," to authorize the preparation of an Airport Site Study for <br /> Ramsey Airport, 'and hereby represents and shows: <br /> <br />1. That the Sponsor will complete said Airport Site Study by December 31, 1980 , <br /> 19 , and that the total cost to the State from state aid funds shall not exceed $6,376.00 . <br /> <br />That the proportionate shares of the allowable project cost are: State 80% <br />percent and Local 20% percent. It is understood that state funds are not <br />clon~mitted under this agreement until they are encumbered by the State Auditor. <br /> <br />3. That funds for the Sponsor's share of costs are available. <br /> <br />That Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inof 0sseo~ Minnesota <br />retained for the Airport Site Study project at a cost not to exceed $7,970.00 <br /> <br />have been <br /> <br />5. TI'mt the Sponsor and/or its consultant will: <br /> <br />a.
