Consequently, upon receiving <br />these complaints, I made an investigation and have to concur with <br />the citizens complaints that you are in violation of the above <br />stated City Code. <br /> <br />You are hereby notified that you have ten (10) days from the date <br />of this letter to abate the above violation. Failure to comply <br />will result in the City taking appropriate legal action to abate <br />this case. <br /> <br />I'm enclosing a copy of the City Code which covers this violation <br />for your information.
