You indicated to the police that <br />the City was taking very little action to alleviate the problem. It <br />should be noted that the City is taking all the action that its City Code <br />will allow. It should be further noted that the City does have to allow <br />him a certain period of time to comply with the City Code. In the case <br />of Mr. Tousson, the City is giving him this period of time. <br /> <br />In reference to ~r. Tousson's horses getting into your bean field, you <br />should bring civil action against him to recover your loss which is pro- <br />vided through the court system. <br /> <br />In closing, we will be reviewing ~r.
