Mr. Schnelle <br />June 19, 19 80 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Records of work done and costs incurred under <br />this project shall be readily available for <br />possible state or federal audi~t. <br /> <br />¸6. <br /> <br />The stipulations set forth in the agreement to <br />participate shall be adhered to. <br /> <br />The purchase order for traffic signs shall specify <br />that the reflective sheeting used shall meet or <br />exceed the provisions of Mn/DOT 3352 and the type <br />of material shall meet Standard No. 1 Reflective <br />Sheeting per 3352.2A2a. <br /> <br />A materials certifi~cation (form 'P.~R.-33C-Mn/DOT <br />Revision), which was included in the SRS 000S(5) <br />packet sent to you, must be submitted along with <br />your claim for reimbursement to your District State <br />Aid Engineer (D.S.A.E.) for his review and approval. <br /> <br />The aforementioned maximum reimbursement is based on available <br />funds at this time. Further, we have no way of predicting the <br />effect of inflation on your final cost. Therefore, the stated <br />figure is the amount set aside for your jurisdiction and can <br />only be exceeded by approval from this office. If at a later <br />date additional monies are allocated to the project, it is <br />possible this amount could be raised if your documented costs <br />exceed this figur'e. <br /> <br />You are authorized to proceed with the project in accordance <br />with the above statements.
