The above referenced plat has been reduced in size from approximately <br /> 43 acres to 17.53 'acres.. <br /> <br />Iodine Street N.W. and the area adjacent to Trott Brook has been <br />deleted from the plat; however, the developer has submitted a revised <br />boundry survey certified by a registered'surveyor. <br /> <br />The revised plat street layout results in a temporary cul-de-sac which <br />is in excess of 1100 feet.- City code limi.(s cul-de-sac lengths to <br />600.feet. <br /> <br />4. The proposed plat provides for a future street to service the property <br /> to the north. <br /> <br /> 5. In review of the street plans and specifications, we find that the <br /> street grades are in conformance with the city code. However, con- <br /> struction specifications are not complet~and the temporary turnaround <br /> on. 17~nd. Av~.-N.W. 'should b~-enlarged t~"a 100 foot diameter. <br />-~-~-~-~6.
