However, if you deviate <br />from your ordinance you should state why you're doing it. <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST FOR TO OPERATE A GENERAL RENTAL <br />CENTER; CASE OF MR. JOHN JANSON, 6745 HIGHWAY #10 N.W. (Plat <br />89324 Parcels 38'50 and 3950): <br /> <br />The following information is hereby submitted for your infor- <br />mation on this case: <br /> <br />a) Enclosure (.D3-.k) contains the following documentation: <br /> <br />l) Mr. John J. Janson request with his site plan <br />2) Application for a conditional use permit to operate <br /> a General Rental Center in a B-1 District. <br />3) Notice of Public Hearing <br />4) Affidavit of mailing <br /> <br />b) Enclosure (D3-1) contains Planning and Zoning recommend- <br />ations on this case.
