CONDITIONAL USK~ PERMIT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />This agreement is entered into this 9th day of July, 1980, between the <br />City of Ramsey, is hereinafter referred to as "City" and Bonnie Abel <br />hereinafter referred to as "Permittee" to operate on her premises at <br />5210 - 155th Avenue N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, a beauty shop as defined <br />in the City Code Chapter 170.014E. <br /> <br />The Conditional Use Permit Agreement is granted conditioned and contingent <br />upon the Permittee complying with the following: <br /> <br />1) The Permittee shall permit no on-street parking of her <br />customers. <br /> <br />2) The Permittee shall construct a turn around in the drive- <br />way for customers leaving the premises. The driveway turn <br />around need not be blacktop, but a material such as Class V <br />or crushed limerock. There shall not be a second driveway <br />constructed to the Permittee's premises to be used as a cus- <br />tomer turn around. <br /> <br />3) The Permittee shall be allowed to install a sign not to <br />exceed two (2) square feet on the Permittee's premises and <br />to be placed as to the direction of the beauty shop entrance. <br /> <br />4) The conditional use shall be carried on by a member of <br />the family residing in the dwelling unit with not more than <br />one employee who is not part of the family. <br /> <br />5) The Building Official of the City shall inspect the beauty <br />shop premises to insure that it meets code prior to commence- <br />ment of operation. <br /> <br />6) The Permittee understands and agrees there shall be a <br />fire extinguisher installed in the beauty shop work area. <br /> <br />7) The Permittee understands and agrees that the Conditional <br />Use Permit granted herein is subject to review at s_ny time <br />and any violation of the conditions contained herein or vio- <br />lation of ar4y other City regulation may be cause for immediate <br />revocation of this Conditional Use Permit. Also this permit <br />shall be reviewed annually by the City Staff for compliance <br />with the conditions contained herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
