Included with this letter are the following drawings: I Site Plan ~_I Elevation I Site Plan. As noted on the drawing, we have the use of numerous "mercury vapor" lamps for security purpose. We plan on utilizing as many as necessary to light up the area during the dark night time hours. On the drawing we have spotted the various gas and electric outlets, s'.nrubs, trees, parking area and storage of trash. Prior to our opening we plan to install the security fence as outlined on the drawing, 6 foot with a 2 foot barb. There will be a 15 foot gate in the fenced in area and two entrances into the building, all from the East side. We plan to store the following equipment within the fenced area: Tillers Wheelbarrows Rollers Log Splitters bowers Compressors Generators Compacters Sand Blasters Hoists Demolition Hammers Cement Mixers We wJ_ll align this somewhat as shown' in the drawing, so as to ~aintain easy access to the storage area. Before we plan to open, the roof will be re-papered and fl0odedwith tar. At such time that we take on trucks and trailers for rental we w~]~ display them as follows: Truq~s. Approximately three(3) abreast, three (3) feet apart, and in'line with the fron{ of the building and fence from east to west. They will be facing -south, w~th three (3) e~ch on both sides of the building, east and west, approx- imately ten (10) feet from the building and fence. Trailers. Approximately three(3) abrease, three(3) feet apart'and in line, at ?5 feet horth £~om Highway $10, from east to west. The trailers will be facing south and lined up in front of the trucks, with three(3) each on either side of the b~ilding. II Elevation. The fron~ of the building w~]l be re-f~nished in rough cedar shakes and lettering placed across the top front of same. The lettering will be twenty (20) inches high and cover the front of the building, thirty six (36) feet, and it will read; GENERAL RENTAL gENTER. The highway sign size an~ height is s~own on the drawing,'with details under a seperate' heading. Again, p~ior to opening, we will paint the exterior of the building on the east, north and west sides. We plan on painting the structure white. The fence w~l] be displayed from the various elevations. The doors and windows on the east side of the building wi]_l~e repaired and made operable.
