NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Plarming and Zoning <br />Commission of the City of R~msey will hold a public hearing at <br />7:30 P.M. on July 7, 1980 at the Ramsey M~unicipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br /> The purpose of said public hearing is to consider the <br />application of John J. Janson for a conditional use permit for the <br />purpose of operating a "General Rental Center" at 6745 Highway #10 <br />N.W., Ramsey. <br /> <br /> The property is legally described as Auditors Subdivision <br />#30, Plat 89324, Parcels 3850 and 3950. <br /> <br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing <br />and comment on the conditional use request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd-.
