June 30, 1980

Mr. Herbert Tousson
8820 - 181st Avenue N.W.
Ramsey, Minnesota 55303

RE: My letter June 9, 1980 addressed to you and my follow-up inspection
of June 23, 1980

Dear Mr. Tousson:

In reference to ~y letter of June 9, 1980, where I outlined deficiency
as pertaining to City Code in regards to your residence, please be ad-
vised that the following is still as violations of the City Code:

a) You still do not have your dog licensed here in the
City, which has to be accomplished. Consequently, we are
requesting that this be done within ten (10) days from the
date of this letter, Herb.

b) You have four (4) horses on ten (10) acres of land and
that is a violation of the City Code. However, just make
some that you keep your horses on your place and maybe
your neighbors won't complain.

In reference to the rest of the items contained in my letter of Jm~e 9,
1980, the following is noted:

a) Auto body painting business - It appears that you are
completely out of this business.

b) General maintenance of residence - This hasn't improved
too much, Herb. However, it isn't a zoning violation at
the present time. You did assure me that you would work
on this area. I hope you do as you could have a very nice
place.

Your neighbor, Lonny Menard came over just as we were completing our
inspection and he spoke very highly of you as a neighbor. This will
be a closed case when you get that dog licensed, Herb. So, please
get rabi shots for the dog smd a City license for it.
