Council Action: Council Action will be to approve/disapprove <br />said project. If Council approves said project, you will <br />have to adopt a resolution Ordering Improvement and Prepara- <br />tion of Plans. <br /> <br />CASE #2: <br /> <br />RIVERWOOD HILLS PLAT I PETITION FOR BITUMINOUS STREET I~iPROVE- <br /> <br />~NT: <br /> <br />CASE #3: <br /> <br />Background Information: The following background information <br />is hereby submitted: <br /> <br />a) Enclosure (D2-d) contains notice of public hearing and <br />mailing list. <br />b) Enclosure (D2-e) contains the City Engineer's feasibility <br />report dated July 8, 1980. <br />c) Enclosure (D2-f) contains the petition received for this <br />project. There are 44 units (parcels) in the plat plus four <br />(4) additional parcel benefitting outside the plat which make <br />a total of 48 units. <br /> <br />As stated at the June 24, 1980 meeting, there are 44 units <br />in the plat and 22 have signed the petition in favor of the <br />improvement. This represents 50%. There are 38 homes in <br />Riverwood Hills Addition and in that light the petition <br />represents 59% of the citizens who have homes. The units <br />outside the petition have not been used in the computations. <br /> <br />EXTENSION OF TIME (REQUEST FOR) REGARDING THE ABATE~ENT OF <br /> <br />CITY CODE SECTIONS 110.09, 110.17 AND 110.18 (PIG FEEDLOT; <br /> <br /> CASE OF MR. BARNES, 2535 CLINTON AVENUE SOUTH, MINNEAPOLIS: <br /> <br /> ~Ar. Barnes will be present to discuss getting an extension <br /> of time on the operation of his pig feedlot operation which <br /> he operates on the Dan Laws property just north of the Ramsey <br /> Terrace Park. He is asking for an extension until August 15, <br /> 1980. <br />~'Inasmuch as this is a po!ic~ Council will have to act on <br /> this. Currently, the City has served him an abatement notice <br /> that he is in violation of the City Code. Please refer to <br /> my letter (abatement notice) to ~ir.
